Meet the Three Spaces Team

Hello. We are Deb, Reid, Amanda, Kiroun, Mariessa, Antares, Narumi and Davida. We are the team behind ThreeSpaces. We are parents. We are women. We are men. We are neurodivergent. We are artists. We are entrepreneurs. We are free thinkers. We are family. We are allies.

We are individuals, woven together by a shared passion; a passion for adorning the walls of the world with wallpaper created from a fabric that is different from its past counterpart. A fabric that is more inclusive, more representative, and tells a more complete story of the world we live in.

This fabric will share unique and carefully curated music, art, movies, and stories, all over the walls of the world.

Debra Nipp


  • Hi, I am Deb (she/her). I am a mom of 3 young kids, a small business owner, founder of Womxn + Crypto, and co-creator of “Legs and ledgers”, an NFT project focusing on safety and education in Web3. I believe deeply in the Web3 community and have been an active NFT/crypto investor since 2020. My personal journey began with a passion to help increase diversity and onboard under-represented artists and investors into the Web3 community. I am a founding collaborative member of "Lost Girls of The Metaverse", curator for Verse Immersive NFT gallery, OG curator for Hug and a member of Hug committees: Elevate, Hall of Justice, Hedgehug, and Moonbeam. I am also a pediatric occupational therapist and the owner and director of PlaySpace Therapy, a multi-disciplinary therapy clinic based outside of San Francisco, working with the neurodivergent population.

Reid Butler


  • Hey, I am Reid (he/him), a father of two incredible daughters and have been working in the media and software industry for over 20 years. I spent 13 years working for a pioneering digital media startup building one of the first digital signage and content delivery platforms.

    I dove into crypto in 2020 and with a passion for music and art, I quickly gravitated towards NFTs in 2021. I co-founded Womxn + Crypto, a web3 project connecting artists, educators, and charities to empower womxn and the underrepresented to more safely enter the web3 world.

Kiroun Saluja


  • Hi, I’m Kiroun (she/her)! I grew up in a home filled with Indian and Thai art my parents collected from their homelands. The memories of these pieces evoke the story of their life, as do the pieces that decorate my walls. I am a wife, a mother, and a business woman who has lived and worked on four continents. The University of Chicago and Columbia Business School led me on a varied professional journey across the US to Australia. After laying down roots in the Bay Area to raise my family, my focus turned to bridge the funding gap in California’s public education. When Covid-19 forced the world to pause and limited my ability to travel and decorate my walls, I started learning about and investing in NFTs; I am amazed at its potential for participation and reach. In an increasingly divided world, art has enormous potential to bring people together by offering new perspectives and connections.

Antares Varges


  • Antares Vargas, a visionary alchemist, embraces diverse roles—producer, writer, cinematographer, photographer, and editor. As the founder of Cilantro Doodles Entertainment, she amplifies underrepresented voices, uniting human experiences. With a decade in television production, Antares captures moments through her pen and lens, imprinting her unique view of the world.

Amanda Moynihan


  • Hi, I am Amanda (she/her). I have a background in Bay Area interior design, event planning, and fundraising. My love of the arts and my insistence on both my girls growing up in a more empowered world is what guided me to crypto and web3. My passion is to offer artists and musicians additional avenues to grow their audiences and rebalance their incomes away from a few centralized companies. In creating a larger digital ecosystem, we the community have the opportunity to support and nurture so many diverse artists and hopefully usher in the most prolific renaissance to date.

Mariessa Doherty


  • Hi, I’m Mariessa, Mom of two boys, background in teaching and fitness. My true passion lies in Web3. I have been active in the crypto/NFT community, investing and collecting since 2020. My personal journey in Web3 began in an effort to declare my financial independence, and quickly turned into collecting art and supporting artists in this space. Being a founding member of ThreeSpaces has shown me the endless opportunities Web3 has to offer, and I hope to inspire and empower other women to pursue their dreams as well.

Narumi Inatsugu

Davida Gaffney


  • Hi, I'm Davida (she/her) a web developer with a background in behavioral science and design. My web2 career has been focused on using data to craft personalized user experiences across websites, email/SMS, chatbots, and more. Driven by a love for play and innovation, I've found a home among the web3 communities, connecting with a diverse group of creatives, artists, and tech enthusiasts. I'm excited by the endless possibilities and love pushing the boundaries of how we use this technology to connect and find meaning in both our virtual and physical worlds.

Vanessa E. Kwan


  • Hi, I am Vanessa (she/her). I grew up in the Bay Area and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at San Francisco State University. When I am not busy being a mom to 2 kids and a puppy, I enjoy traveling and exploring the world. For the past 15 years, I have amassed an extensive experience in digital advertising having taken on Ad Operations roles not only at large media companies such as Ask Jeeves, AOL, Hearst, and CNET Networks but also at several small startups. I am passionate about Web3 and I am looking forward to building this new world together.

Dayna Trocki DeStefano


  • Dayna is a passionate entrepreneur and purpose-driven leader that has spent her career at the intersection of Product, Brand Strategy and Digital Media where she has built a reputation for driving strategic growth and building successful brands through storytelling, digital trend-forecasting and product development. Prior to starting The Day Consulting, a brand strategy & digital marketing boutique agency in 2019, Dayna was the VP of Product at Gallery Media Group (PureWow, ONE37pm, Gallery Podcast Co.) responsible for the design, product management & production teams. In 2021, Dayna started her second venture, unblcd, a home for women to learn, collaborate, and capitalize on the emerging technologies (blockchain, NFTs), digital currencies, and cultural shifts rewiring our world.

Julie Pacino


  • Julie Pacino is one of the highest-selling female photographers in the NFT space. Her photography genesis collection, I Live Here Now, is the first NFT native IP to inspire a feature film.

    She was chosen as an artist for the TIME Magazine “Build a Better Future: Genesis” NFT collection. Julie was also selected as an NFT artist for the Playboy x Sevens “The Art of Gender and Sexuality,” featured at their Art Basel event.

    In 2022, Julie’s most recent NFT project, Keepers of the Inn, became the first NFT collection to ever finance a feature film and is the largest single-artist collection of NFT photography to ever sell out.

    Julie is advocating for the involvement of female filmmakers in this exciting and emerging space. With women only accounting for 5% of total sales generated in NFTs, she has launched a grant for female filmmakers to help on-board more women into the space.

    Julie is committed to bringing more visibility to women and the LGBTQIA+ community in crypto and NFTs. She has started an NFT fund called Cult of Pink, which will exclusively purchase female and LGTBQIA+ art, specifically from creators who have yet to sell any artwork.

Kanwar Saluja


  • Kanwar is the Chief Operations Officer of Revenue.io, where he focuses on a unique blend of general management, sales, operations and business development that helps align the company and ensures the best customer experience possible. A passionate technology executive, Kanwar has over 17 years of international leadership experience in mobile technology and finance, having served as GM of iBurst, Australia’s first wireless broadband network.
